Purpose:
- Assess needs and develop personalized support plans for children and families.
- Equip families to advocate for mental health needs and manage challenging behaviors.
- Connect children and families with counseling, behavioral therapy, evaluations, mentoring, and ongoing medical support.
- Promote safe, stable environments so children can remain successfully at home and in school when appropriate.
