Wellness Program

  • Includes health fairs, fitness walks, lunch-and-learns, weight-management programs and other special events

Retirement Plans

  • CHS matches 50 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
  • After you complete 10 years of service, CHS matches 75 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
  • You become fully vested in company contributions after three years

Reimbursed Tuition

  • Offered to benefits-eligible team members whose educational pursuits meet criteria for reimbursement
  • Includes financial assistance to clinical staff seeking licensure

Health Saving Accounts

  • Health Savings Accounts available to team members who participate in an eligible health plan
  • Funds from the HSA can be used to pay for eligible health care expenses, and any unused funds will roll over each year

Paid Sick Time & Paid Vacation

  • 12 days of sick leave annually for full-time team members
  • Part-time team members are pro-rated based on scheduled hours
  • Starting vacation packages of up to 15 days annually (depending on position)
