Retirement Plans
- CHS matches 50 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
- After you complete 10 years of service, CHS matches 75 percent of your contributions up to 10 percent of your annual salary
- You become fully vested in company contributions after three years
Reimbursed Tuition
- Offered to benefits-eligible team members whose educational pursuits meet criteria for reimbursement
- Includes financial assistance to clinical staff seeking licensure

- Health Savings Accounts available to team members who participate in an eligible health plan
