With more than three decades of executive experience in child welfare and human services, Kymberly Cook is a visionary, strategic leader recognized for her ability to drive transformational change across complex systems. Her expertise spans program design and evaluation, leadership development, board and organizational governance, policy advocacy, and philanthropic strategy.She holds a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, is a Certified Change Practitioner, and holds advanced credentials in Process Mapping and Six Sigma—equipping her to lead enterpriselevel initiatives with precision and impact.

Over the past 17 years, Kymberly has served in senior leadership roles at Children’s Home Society of Florida, a statewide, multi-million dollar nonprofit organization. In her current capacity, she oversees external affairs, where she leads business development, philanthropic advancement, brand strategy, and legislative and policy influence. She is also deeply engaged in strengthening governance by cultivating high performing boards of directors that are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
