Ernest Hamilton

Ernest “Ernie” Hamilton is a Florida native with more than 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, bringing deep expertise in executive leadership, mental health, homelessness, child welfare, and child advocacy. Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing programs and partnerships that support vulnerable and underserved populations.

Ernie has a proven track record in program operations, business development, community relations, grants management, and fundraising. He has served on numerous boards and committees dedicated to strengthening communities and improving outcomes for children and
families.

Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Business Accelerator Certification.
