Barbara McDonald
Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Barbara McDonald leads the statewide business and financial management of Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS), as well as the financial management of the Children’s Home Society of Florida Foundation.
She joined the CHS team with a depth of experience that includes more than two decades leading finance departments in the hospitality industry – including Walt Disney World Resort, Marriott, Starwood and Holiday Inn – as well as time with PricewaterhouseCoopers and nonprofit homeowner associations.
Barbara holds her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
