In 2025, Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) walked alongside nearly 51,000 children and families across the state.

More than 27,000 compassionate Floridians worked together to break cycles of generational poverty.

We are proud of what our 2025 Impact Report reveals about community-powered transformation. Thank you for standing with Florida’s children and CHS.

Together, we are building a Florida where every child achieves their dreams, no matter their zip code.

Together, we brought essential support services right into homes, schools,  and neighborhoods where child poverty is highest. Families who had every door closing on them found one that opened. Students who had never seen a counselor, a dentist, or a doctor without missing school received care right on campus. Babies who showed early signs of developmental delays got connected to therapy before the window closed. Teenagers who couldn’t make eye contact walked into adulthood with a plan. Every dollar, volunteer hour, resource, and partnership is an investment in their future.

Community partnerships change how we see and address complex challenges. We are proud to continue our long-term partnerships with more than seventy-five core partners, including school districts, healthcare providers, colleges, universities, nonprofits, and corporations. Our Board Members lead and serve with conviction. Our volunteers eagerly show up to meet the need. Our donors give because a each child holds our future. Our team helps children create it.

Every barrier we remove together pulls a child’s dreams closer.

Inside the report, you’ll see what happens when we meet children where they grow, learn, and earn:

  • Ready to Grow: Early childhood and family support helped 8,776 infants, toddlers, and caregivers build strong foundations.
  • Ready to Learn: School-based partnerships expanded access to healthcare, behavioral health, tutoring, learning experiences, clothing, food, hygiene and more for 30,412 students and their families across the state.
  • Ready to Earn: Workforce readiness and mentoring programs opened doors to stability, skills, and opportunity.

Support us as we build and expand comprehensive systems of support where child poverty is highest.
