Our Wraparound Services partner with kids and teens (and their families!) in Central Florida to help them navigate life’s challenges and build bridges toward success. Our family-driven, youth-guided and culturally competent system of care helps make services available in the Central Florida community more easily accessible. Join us!

What to expect?

  • During weekly visits, your Wraparound Specialist and Family Partner works with your family to build a a team of support as you develop and reach goals.
  • You’ll be introduced to other resources available within our Central Florida community.
  • You’ll select the services you feel are right for your family — with our guidance, if needed.
  • Once selected, your Wraparound Specialist will provide simple, direct connections, “wrapping” you in a system of care!
