Are you a parent searching for new ways to soothe your little one while strengthening bonds from their very first days — and even years? Searching for tools to support their early development influenced through touch? If so, join CHS Infant Massage, a resource for families from pregnancy through age 5.

Who qualifies?

This FREE program is available to families in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties with little ones age 5 or below, or parents who are expecting.

What to expect?

We will work with you in person or virtually to soothe and deepen bonds with your little one through massage. Together with your CHS counselor, you’ll receive valuable tips as you learn:

  • How to comfort your crying baby
  • The aspects of early development influenced by touch
  • The mutual phases of attachment between you and your child
  • Behavioral states of little ones, including quiet sleep, active sleep, drowsy, quiet alert, active alert, fussy and crying
  • How to utilize positioning and oils in infant massage
