Our YouthWorks program provides flexible services to teens at risk of dropping out of school, as well as those who’ve already dropped out.

The program helps them finish their high school educations and provides job training and/or job placement support to help them transition into employment.

Who qualifies?

Youth and young adults ages 16 to 24 who have dropped out or are considering dropping out of school.

What to expect:

When you join YouthWorks, you’ll find the path to realize your potential.

With the support of your YouthWorks Career Development Coach, you’ll:

  • Develop a personal plan to achieve educational and/or employment goals
  • Learn to build upon your interests to pursue potential careers
  • Gain interviewing and employment skills
  • Make friends with others determined to build bright futures
