Ambassador Program Purpose
Raise awareness and introduce the Community Partnership Schools initiative to high-profile and influential community members, business leaders and caring individuals.
Role of Ambassadors
Our CPS Investment Campaign Ambassadors will:
- Visit a local CPS school for orientation and engagement in the program
- Understand the challenges children face growing up in poverty and the impact on students living in underserved communities
- Increase awareness and attention for CPS and our student’s needs (Op-Eds, social media, community engagement, and more)
- Invite community influencers and funding prospects to visit CPS schools and attend community functions advocating for this initiative
- Encourage community leaders to engage with schools when appropriate (mentorship, guidance, support, funding, etc.)
