Orlando, Fla. – September 26, 2025 – Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) is honored to recognize Howard M. Holley, Sr. for his service on our State Board of Directors. With decades of executive leadership, expertise in strategic communications, and a steadfast dedication to community service, Holley continues to strengthen CHS’s mission of building brighter futures for Florida’s children and families.

Holley is a recognized leader in economic vitality, innovation, and executive coaching. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of EVOLVE Communications Group, a firm dedicated to optimizing communications and community engagement for a diverse range of clients, including community colleges, HBCUs, nonprofits, and minority entrepreneurs. He also serves as Chair of the Board of TouchPoint Innovative Solutions, Inc. and is the publisher of EVOLVE and ESTEBANA Magazines.

A seasoned corporate executive, Holley spent more than 33 years at Xerox Corporation, holding leadership roles including Senior Vice President & General Manager of Xerox China’s Enterprise Solutions Group, Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Government and Education, and Senior Vice President of the $1B Customer Communication Services consulting practice.

Holley’s extensive community service record underscores his dedication to driving positive change.

He has held leadership roles with organizations such as the Urban League of Southwest Connecticut, Daytona State College Foundation, Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Foundation for the Museum of Black History, where he currently serves as Board Chair.
