S.P.A.R.K. - Speaking to the Potential, Ability and Resilience inside every Kid
The S.P.A.R.K. program is designed to help you realize your own potential by developing appropriate boundaries and communication. S.P.A.R.K. focuses on reducing teen pregnancy by empowering teens for success.
Who Qualifies?
- Both male and female youth that are in foster care —in-home or out-of-home in Duval County
- Ages 11-17
- Youth that are adopted, living with a friend, or kinship care are eligible
