As a trauma-informed team, our goal is to help families remain safe and stable while navigating mental health crises and the Baker Act process. We provide 24/7 on-call crisis intervention services for individuals of all ages in Putnam County.

Within an hour, a Mobile Response Team counselor will respond to your location to provide de-escalation, a risk assessment, safety planning coping skill development and more.

But that’s not all! In the coming days and weeks we provide crisis counseling, followed by a warm hand-off to resources and support our own community, including mental health counseling, targeted case management, psychiatric services & more.
