Brighten the holidays for a local child in need by donating to Children’s Home Society of Florida’s Holiday Drive. Sometimes families face hard situations … but with your help, they don’t need to face them alone!
Your gift can lift a burden for a struggling parent or bring a little extra joy to a foster family. Whether you purchase a toy from the wish list or donate to the CHS holiday drive fund, you can make sure each child in your community receives a special gift this season.

If you are in a position to sponsor one of the more than 3,000 children whose only holiday gift may come from Children’s Home Society of Florida, you can make an online donation that will be directed to support local families in your community.
Each of our regions are unique as the families they serve. Your local CHS may be hosting volunteer and giving opportunities as well as provide a wish list with toys, games and more customized for support kids in that community. Below you will find lists of activities, Amazon gift lists and contact information.

CHS team members have created a list of their most requested and needed toys for the clients they serve. When you purchase from the CHS Amazon holiday wish list, you gift will go to a child who needs it the most.

If you choose to purchase items from our Amazon gift list, please complete this form. You will receive a tax receipt, and CHS will receive valuable gift-in-kind information that is used by programs to apply for grant funding. By submitting this information, your supply donation can double its impact for our children and families!
Finding positive ways to connect with their children can be a challenge for many parents and care givers. It can also be a struggle for foster families connecting with new children in their care. Spread holiday cheer and promote positive communication by creating holiday craft kits. A few ideas are included below or make up your own craft project. Be sure to include easy to follow directions!

Baby’s First Christmas
Being a new mom and dad is hard! The added stress of the holidays can make this challenge overwhelming. Celebrate this new bundle of joy while also helping families in need.

Give a family everything they need to make the holidays special! Baskets will be given to parents and care givers in secret so they can decorate their homes and prepare gifts bringing a smile to their child’s face.
