We provide personalized treatment and support to equip children and families with tools, coping skills and connections so they can find hope, stability, and opportunities for happiness and success.

• Community Solutions
  • Community Partnership Schools address barriers to learning including hunger, mental health struggles, homelessness and more by bringing together high-quality academics, health care, counseling, support, mentoring and more — right at their own school.

• Early Childhood & Family Development
  • We are deeply invested in the well-being of families. Through the nurturing support of Healthy Start program and Healthy Families initiatives, CHS ensures that every child receives the care and resources they need to thrive. Through Family Development programs, CHS provides crucial family life education, fostering environments where healthy dynamics and relationships can blossom, creating lasting impacts for generations to come.
