Children’s Home Society of Florida appoints Dean Armitage as new VP/Chief Information Officer
WINTER PARK, Fla. (March 20, 2013) – IT business strategy veteran Dean Armitage is the new VP/Chief Information officer of Children’s Home Society of Florida the oldest and largest statewide private not-for-profit provider of services to children and families in Florida. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in steering large IT teams and aligning global IT strategies, Armitage will lead the development and implementation of Children’s Home Society of Florida’s information technology initiatives.
Armitage received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada. He is a sought-after speaker on leadership, program management, risk management and business process reengineering. He also has received the Revolution Award for Best Online Brand Building and Golden Marble Award for Best Online Promotion.
