Children's Home Society of Florida's hiring process

  All interested candidates must apply through the Children's Home Society of Florida Career Page and Applicant Tracking System. 
 

  Qualified candidates are selected for an initial phone screening interview. This important process helps identify candidates to invite to a face-to-face interview.
 

 Qualified candidates are invited to interview with the hiring manager and other Children's Home Society of Florida team members. 
 

 The top candidate selected after the interview process is invited to progress to the background check stage. This process includes checking professional references, verifying employment history, checking criminal background and driving record, and having the candidate complete a drug screen. 

 Once the background screening process is satisfactorily completed, an offer of employment is extended to the candidate and a start date is set.
