Ask Jim Form

When Children's Home Society of Florida dedicated staff members interact with the children and families in our communities, the results are usually life-changing and, in some cases even life-saving.
Our work is vitally important: protecting at-risk children, strengthening parents, growing families, breaking the cycle of child abuse and neglect, providing hope for a brighter future. These goals are not taken lightly. We feel compelled to provide the highest quality service as we strive for the best possible outcome for the children and families we serve.
CHS supports this commitment to service with a strong Quality Management program, along with on-going staff training and professional development. We recently completed the rigorous process of re-accreditation by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services (COA), successfully extending our continuous 24-year accreditation through 2009 in 17 program areas. CHS ranks as the largest COA-accredited organization in Florida and among the four largest COA-accredited non-profit (non-government) organizations of the 1,400 in the United States and Canada.
We take great satisfaction in the quality of our service. Your comments, questions and suggestions are welcome. Please let me know how Children's Home Society of Florida may be of assistance to you.
